We specialise in two main areas: Manufacture of Industrial/Embedded/Panel PCs and TFT Monitors. Supply of Industrial PC equipment, Single Board PCs and Data Acquisition & Control Cards, Modules and Systems.

DESIGN & MANUFACTURING FACILITIES
We have a wide range of in-house design & manufacturing facilities for mechanical, electrical and software development. Our machining facilities include milling, turning, boring, grinding, CNC etc. We support all versions of AUTOCAD including Mechanical Desktop and 3D rendering. Our electrical facilities include Panel Building & Harness Wiring, Electronic Circuit Design, PCB Prototyping, Industrial and Flat Panel PC manufacture and PLC interfacing.

QUALITY ASSURANCE
All of our products are designed and tested to meet the ISO9001 specifications and are CE approved. We also supply equipment to conform to most ISO standards, provide certificates of conformity as standard for all industrial PC systems and can supply products tested to military specifications if required. All of the products and equipment that we supply undergoes quality assurance testing during design, manufacture, commissioning and operational test.

CUSTOMISATION SERVICE AVAILABILITY
Our customisation service is available to provide tailor-made solutions to your problems. Since our products are designed and manufactured in house we can easily customise existing products to meet your requirements. If a product is not available in our catalogues which meets your specifications it will almost certainly be available as a customised product. Just contact our sales team to discuss your requirements. Most of our catalogue products are available ex-stock and can be dispatched for next day delivery. The delivery schedule for PC systems and customised products which are built to your specifications can be provided by our sales team to meet your application requirements.

SERVICE & WARRANTY 
IPC Solutions provide high quality customer service and support at all stages of a project. The customer is involved from the beginning with regular meetings throughout the design, manufacture and commissioning stages. All IPC Solutions products and equipment carry a minimum one year warranty, whilst our Data Acquisition and Control Cards have a three year warranty. Our team of engineers are dedicated to providing technical support at all stages of a project, from the original design, during feasibility & prototyping, manufacturing, installation and commissioning. Maintenance contracts and extended warranties are also available to suit the customers needs.
